I have Toshiba laptop with Vista Home Premium installed and it stalls, or lags, frequently while I’m typing our using the mouse. I have an HP wireless mouse, but the mouse lag occurs even on the touch pad.
I have updated the bios, done searches on the internet and queried the FAQs and KBs of the manufacturer and Microsoft with little luck. I have found others asking the question over the past couple years.
Are there any solutions to this problem or am I stuck?
