I had Satsuki Decoder Pack installed on WIN98 and it worked fine, then I upgraded to XP and reinstalled the Decoder Pack, which should be compatible with XP. When I try to open the Satsuki Configuration tool , I get the following error:
SMapLs could not be found in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll
This only happens with this application.
