SMARTFORCE PLAYER SETUP PROGRAM

Why after installing version 2.63 of SmartForce Player filles, removing the existing version and saving the settings, would I get a warning: “Setup was unable to copy the plugins file to your Plugin Directory. The SmartForce Player will not be configured correctly.” ?? I had installed the CBT System Utiilities and ran the shortcut to plyutil.exe — what is the fix to be able to install the program completely and run the SmartForce courseware? Thanks for your assistance….
