Smartphone suggestions

I have an older Motorola G Power phone which I would like to upgrade to a different phone. I mainly use the phone for browsing the internet and mostly for emergency purposes when driving. I would like to stay under $350 if possible. Which phone would you recommend for me to inquire about? I was looking at the OnePlus Nord phones but would like to stay away from phones made in China. Thanks

so it would be difficult for you to find a phone. but one plus nord is a good phone.

First Let me clear 1 thing that Every phone is made-up in china.
Just parts are assembled in other countries.
Now Lets discuss suggestions.
You can go with Oppo series Or Samsung series.
They both series are good for battery health and smoothness of its features.

I have Xiaomi 11 Pro and everything is fine with it. A budget and convenient smartphone.
