If I'm able to login to SMTP port how can I retrive the recepiants names from exchange server?

the rfc for SMTP can be found in various places, inclduing this link.

i do not see a command to get all recipients. but you can use the vrfy command to see if a user exists

And for good reason - I can't think of too many legitimate uses for that capability. Harvesting for spam is the only one that comes to mind and I wouldn't classify that as legitimate.
