smtp relay Exchange 2003

By bsl ·
I have been hacked by the guest account being enabled.I have unchecked the box to allow all computers that authenicate to relay. I still see the ques filling up after I clear them. Does anyone have any step by step instructions to stop all the secure smtp relay that I am getting.
I have disabled the guest account and the bad mail folder is still filling up and the Exchange ques are still filled up.
I have exchange 2003 on Windows 2003 server. I have no viruses on the Exchange box. Mydoom did go in the Quarntine section of the Norton Corporate Edition. We have done scans and no viruses have not been found. Any help would be great.

Relay Restrictions on Default Virtual SMTP Server Are Not Working
View products that this article applies to.
This article was previously published under Q314734
After you set mail relaying restrictions on the default Simple Mail Transport Protocol (SMTP) virtual server, the restrictions may not work. If you then set restrictions to prevent all mail relays for Authenticated Users, the restrictions still may not work.
This behavior can occur if you configure your SMTP connector to allow relaying. This setting overrides all restrictions on the default virtual SMTP server.
To resolve this behavior, turn off relaying:
In Exchange System Manager (ESM), right-click the SMTP connector, and then click Properties.
Click the Address Space tab, and then click to clear the Allow messages to be relayed to these Domains check box.
Click OK, and then restart the SMTP service.
