Snap Shot viewer takes two pages

I have a new user that creates an Access 2002 report with the viewer & it looks fine when you do either a print preview or print out the report, but when she emails the report as an snp attachment, the receiver gets the report split between two pages. (In other words, the first 3/4 of any line prints on page one & the right 1/4 of the report prints on a second page).
We have other users that can email the report with no problem.
