I'm looking for new software that primarily tracks time & expenses for billing purposes & which I can use for invoicing too.
I know there is a lot of programs available, however the catch is that I need to be able to list a minimum of 3 contacts to each job & various details from each contact needs to be automatically transferred onto the invoice.

Does anyone know of a program that might suit my needs?

I can recommend you to use actiTIME or Jibble. You can find some similar software here With these tools, you can track time and expenses. I ahve not sued them a lot on practice but had a deal while working at the office. They were not the main software I used to work.
