Hello, I was wondering how people would deal with questions about using a certain software which you have no work experience in but it is required for a job you are applying? I have a lot of jobs that I am applying requires me to learn this software called SAS (Statistics Analysis Software). I learned just basics of the software at home. I was wondering if I do need to go out and write the exam for it and get a certification for it? I just don’t want to spend the money on it and plus in reality it does not still prove I am capable for the job.
