software for external drive

I have an Microtech International external drive
which was un-mounted when down loading
an update for my taxes. It seems that the
manufacture does not look at their e-mail,
otherwise they would have found my question
there. Where can I find the download for the
drivers in other to mount the drive. I have alot
of work information stored there an I’m unable
to access it.
