Software for reporting info on Outlook

I have three accounts located on Exchange Server that I access through my MSOutlook 98 client on the same profile and I need to know how many e-mails were received on Inbox and others folders, and other importants information about the timeframe os this messages and so, I need a software that could generate automatically this information to me.

At this moment, I am generating this information in a MSExcel spreadsheet and in a manually manner what is taking some many time from myself.
