I’m using Windows Vista Business Edition. When I open any program on my computer I have been getting a message saying program “not responding” then after a delay the program will open up. This is true when I go to a website. When I am in a program for a while I get a message that will say “kill” or “end process” I have scan my computer using Norton 360 and it says I have nothing. What is my problem?
