software question

HI!
I am not really very good on a computer,but I
bought a new one,and I can’t get an old version
of FORMTOOL to load on my new computer.Is their
a program like it,that has means of making my
own list’s and templates.I’m not sure if this
is the type of question your website answer’s,
feel free to tell me if i’m at the wrong type
