Software to Syn AD and Gmail

I am looking for some software to Sync Active Directory to Gmail user accounts. I want to make make changes in AD then I want to push the same username and password up to gmail. I am also willing to have Gmail pull but I think that is a security issue so I would rather push the account info up. I also want it to create new accounts on the gmail system. Any ideas on how to go about this would be great! Thanks

After all the stink that came about with the adoption and use of Gspace.

Nor can I foresee any possibility of an automated Gmail Account creation. THAT one I seriously doubt.

One question – Why Gmail?
