      Let’s take out the negatives.

      “Softwares responding expectedly”

      I can’t fix your title.
As to the problems, you didn’t give much to work with but as computers get old, that stuff happens more and more.
Most people figure out that a new computer is cheaper than the repair counter.

Just in case it’s not hardware do a clean reinstall of Windows, reinstall Chrome and your games and see if that helps. If not, it’s time for repair or a new PC.

Since you’ve not told us anything about your computer

it’s near impossible to provide any answer. How much RAM? SSD or spinning metal HDD? Video card? Onboard graphics? Laptop or desktop? 8086/8088, 80286, 80386, 486, Pentium, PI, II, III, IV, Core, CoreDuo etc? Most likely to be hardware failure…RAM (too little, or going bad), power supply failure, cooling system malfunction, storage drive failure, the list can go on and on.
