I work for a medical office and they always call their patients to remind them of the appointment. It is quite a time consuming procedure, but it has to be done. I told my boss that I might be able to make a program with vb that can call people up using the database of patient information on their computers and say a few lines of text that will be edit accordingly. One problem, I realized I had no idea how to do this!
