We are using OTRS here at work and we have come to a road block. Currently we have a Wiki setup internally which has ended up being an online repository of sorts.
The problem we have run into is that they we intend to use it (Have a form on the wiki that once completed will send an email out to a mailbox that will automatically notify me when we have a ticket pending, and also create a ticket in the queue).
It wants to use POP3 but we don't have that service turned on, on our box.....Can you guys think of another aolution or workaround that may work?
