Some Msgs could not be recvd from Server

“Some Messages could not be received from Server.” using Outlook express. Small Business 1 Server 4 Users. Also incoming emails arrive spasmodically, somtimes days delay before messages rerouted. Outgoing emails no problem.

How do I see messages on Server? NT4
