Firstly you'll need a video card with TV out functionality. These can be aquired from a variety of vendors; I use a Voodoo3 Card, which is most likely more powerful than you need. Try http://dir.yahoo.com/Business_and_Economy/Business_to_Business/ Computers/Hardware/Components/Video_Cards/Manufacturers/
If you want the content on all the televisions to be identical, they can be linked together with RCA or coaxial cabling, as you would connect a VCR to a televison. Hope this helps.

i strongly recommend deploying windows 2000 server. as an installation option, you can install windows media server which provides such services over an Intranet or WWW site. Get the proper hardware with appropriate inputs and you will have what youneed. heres a site with mor information regarding setups (too much to type here)

http://msdn.microsoft.com/workshop/imedia/windowsmedia/ Solutions/tv/tvlive_server.asp

good luck

Sorry, deploying a server for this is not an option. I am limited to NT workstation or 98. Thanks though.
