There’s a PowerPoint 2016 that I could open in Notebook Lenovo IdeaPad on Windows 8. However, after the Windows 10 update, I suddenly can’t open it anymore. It gives the following message, ‘Sorry. The file could not be accessed’.
I googled for this, i get many solutions for all other Office formats except pptx files issue.
