Sorting by last name first

Hi,

On a new e-mail, when you click on the “To…” button a “Select Names” menu appears. In that menu you can select between the GAL and different address books from the drop down menu but they all display by the first name first. Can someone tell me how to set it so that it will display last name first?

I have tried setting Tools>Services>Outlook Address Book>Properties and then set the radio button to “File As (Smith, John)” but that didn’t do anything. Is it in the Exchange System Manager or is it on Outlook? I’m using Exchange 2000 and Outlook 2000. Thanks in advance for all your help.
