During the SP2 upgrade when the actual update is being done, I get a Copy Error message as
follows: “An error occurred while copying the medctrro.cmd. Cannot copy file to the destination directory. Click Retry to retry the
operation or click Cancel.” The retry command did not work. I searched for this file on another XP machine and then went to that directory on the problem PC. It will not let me see the contents of the folder. The folder is marked Read Only. I tried to change this and it reverts to Read Only. I made sure that I have Administrator rights and I do. The upgrade is aborted at this point. If anyone had any suggestions, I would appreciate hearing them.
