Spam Control

I have Mdaemon version 6.8.5, i have also enabled the spam controls on the mdaemon. but i stil do get soo many spam which i want to eliminate is there another software where i can eliminate the spam whithout using the spam control form mdaemon. becouse i dont think is it helping me as i have got around 30 users and it is difuclt controling the spam.
