Spam problem and realtime black lists

Hello.

We are having serious problem with spam and we want to use realtime black lists.

Could you tell me 3-4 of the best real time black lists in order to use them?

How many end users are there at your site?

Have yoy several sites in the corporation?

For a big corporation i suggest Spamshark from Frontbridge.
