SPCA561.SYS

I am trying to get a Micro Cam IC100C to work on my Win 2000 system but it keeps coming up as missing spca561.sys file. I’ve searched the web to exhaustion, followed all the hints, tips and tricks but still can’t get this cam to work. Anything else I can try? It’s driving me batty, I swear! Really wish manufacturers would put all the necessary files with their drivers disk.
