Hi guys so couple months back i build my own pc at some IT store however i realized that when i am playing graphic intensive games especially FPS games my screen keeps tearing. I also noticed that whenever i touched my cable that connects my Monitor and CPU very gently it will also cause my screen to black out for a second. I have bought a new cable for it but it didn't make a difference. My monitor is ( Philips 233V5Q ). Gamewise i have tried many different graphic settings, highest to lowest, vsync, anti aliasing, etc. However when im playing MOBA games like league or dota my computer is perfectly fine.

Here are my CPU specs. Please let me know if you need anymore information.
