Spell Checker Halt Error Outlook Express

Running Office Professional 97 with XP & Outlook Express 6 – I have tried some of the solutions but nothing seems to work. I cannot get the spell checker to work.

I have tried Q224176 with no joy. I would appreciate some other suggestions if anyone has one….Thanks
