Spelling & Grammar in MS Word 97

I installed Word 97 on an XP Pro Machine using the administrator account. When the administrator account goes in to MS Word 97, he could see the Spelling & Grammar under Tools. But if another user logs in (with user account), the user doesn’t have the feature. If we go in to Tools Options, the Spelling & Grammar Tab is disabled.

What went wrong?
