SPF failures for Staff and Hybrid Exchange
This may be a dumb question however I need help with emails from Staff going to Junk mail due to failing SPF and DMARC.
We had an exchange Hybrid Setup a couple of months ago and I changed it to Exchange Online along with an internal exchange server for SMTP traffic. I setup the SPF record inline with Microsoft recommendations and also changed our DMARC policy to “quarantine” so emails failing SPF and DMARC go to Junk mail.
The issue now is that sometimes emails from our staff go to quarantine when they are travelling or out of the office and I am scratching my head as to what I need to do and if I setup things correctly.
Can anyone help me work through this please?
