Splitting Cell in a Table in Word 2002

Does anyone know how to split a cell (that has text) into two cells so that the text is split. I have two paragraphs within a cell. I want to split the cell so that each paragraph is in a separate row. What do I have to do to do this without cut and pasting the text? thanks for any input.
