Received an error when trying to print from Word 97. The error states that it had a page fault in the kernel32.dll. Also it prints out a page with either 1 or 2 hearts at the top of a blank page. I am using 98SE and a HP Laserjet 2100 printer with the latest drivers from the HP web site.
