Our programmers wrote a program called JCS in VB that our whole company uses. Now that some of the Dell C600 notebooks are loaded with Win2K we are experiencing an error in JCS when it and Lotus Notes 5 or Suretrak 3.0 are open.
The error says SSParking: JCS.EXE Application Error. The instruction at “0x2787831c” reference memory at “0x0451b390”. The memory could not be read.
I tried changing the swap file from a maximum of 250mb to 384mb, but the it hasn’t helped. The notebooks have 128mb of RAM. I’ve searched Microsoft for a reference to SSParking and a few other websites, but I didn’t get any hits.
If anyone has seen this error and knows what it refers to, I would really appreciate the feedback.
