    Staff Signing In Systems

    by andrea1234567 ·

There are about 20 staff on our company payroll. Inevitably staff forget to sign in and out of our paper based system and have to complete timesheets for their wages. I spend ages chasing up their timesheets at the end of the month and calculating their hours and half the time they can’t remember what time they finished as they have forgotten to sign out at the end of the day.

Can anyone recommend a signing in system for payroll. Staff are all workplace based and work variable shift patterns. It is essential that if staff sign in at one time but their shift starts later the system will account for this. For example they arrive at work at 8.00 but their shift doesn’t start until 8.30 and they are in the staff room this somehow needs to be accounted for.

Would love to hear your recommendations and save my sanity!!

Yes this can be a headache…
Even more so for your staff believe it or not…
You suffer from overload n stress…
They suffer from low moral even if they don’t tell you…
Here are a couple effective solutions to start with…
I would have to know a little more about your operation for a custom solution…
      – TSheets
      – ATTO
      – On the clock employee time clock

Each of these is simple to use…
They also can automatically clock out an employee based on their location…
In other words you drop a pin ? around your locations and when they leave the radius they get clocked out…

I have used 2 out 3 of these so I have first hand experience…
Im a tech consultant so if you want a more custom solution or done with you setup n training to eliminate the learning curve reach out.

      Hope this helps…
