Staff Signing In Systems
There are about 20 staff on our company payroll. Inevitably staff forget to sign in and out of our paper based system and have to complete timesheets for their wages. I spend ages chasing up their timesheets at the end of the month and calculating their hours and half the time they can’t remember what time they finished as they have forgotten to sign out at the end of the day.
Can anyone recommend a signing in system for payroll. Staff are all workplace based and work variable shift patterns. It is essential that if staff sign in at one time but their shift starts later the system will account for this. For example they arrive at work at 8.00 but their shift doesn’t start until 8.30 and they are in the staff room this somehow needs to be accounted for.
