Standard notification statements to cust

When there is a problem to software and hardware and the system of unavailable, our organization would like to send out standard statements at specific time intervals, within the hour, one hour, and 2 hour and 4 hrs. Does anyone out there have any standard statements to customers?

"The system went down at (timestamp), which was about (time amount) ago. We'll have it back up as soon as we can and we apologize to you for the inconvenience."
