Windows 98 question:
Does anyone remember how to adjust the typical time delay experienced when browsing through Windows Start menu? The time delay in real time is approximately 1/3 to 1/2 sec for each folder by default. I seem to recall that it’s adjustable via a registry edit, but cannot find it anywhere in RegEdit or on Microsoft’s Tech site.
