Start up Password Removal.

by merriment.recipe . Updated 18 years, 5 months ago

Hello.

I am currently using a Windows Vista OS and my mom decided to put a start up password so my brothers could not get in.

I went to the BIOS features and shifted to the Securtiy tab where there is a Supervisor Password and User Password.

I put a password for both and now the computer would not go to the welcome screen if the password typed is not correct.

My question now is, how do or can I remove both these passwords? Without having to disassemble my system unit (taking the CMOS battery out and the jumper method).

Thank you in advance to anyone who can help me ^^.
