This should be simple! The help file says to bring up the contacts list, then click “New Group” on the toolbar. THERE IS NO SUCH FUNCTION ON THE TOOLBAR!!
I’ve tried this on several Vista computers with the same lack of results. It is interesting to note that an imported WAB file which includes contact groups does import the groups, and you can edit them. There is just no way I can see to start a new group.
