Startup & Shutdown Screen

Hi,
Is there any possible way to insert a logo manually for XP and 2000 Startup and shutdown screens?? I want to change the startup and shutdown logo’s on my XP machine.. Can i change the logo on the screen. Is it possible for both XP and 2000??
