Startup & Shutdown Screen

Hi,
Is there any possible way to insert a logo manually for XP and 2000 Startup and shutdown screens?? I want to change the startup and shutdown logo's on my XP machine.. Can i change the logo on the screen. Is it possible for both XP and 2000??

Yes you can change the startup screen for XP and W2K.
I'm not sure about the shutdown screens though.

WARNING: CHANGING THE STARTUP SCREEN INVOLVES EDITING SYSTEM FILES!
PROCEED WITH CAUTION!

In the current edition (the one that is now on the stands, summer 2003) of 2600 magazine there is a good article on how to do this and much more, to the look of Windows.
