      The answer is NONE. DO NOT INVEST A DIME on any equipment until you do more research on your endeavor.

      Example:
      1. You want to be a baker with bread products. You’ll need the usual ovens, mixing gear, pans, and maybe a storefront/shop to do such work.
      2. You want to have a pizza shop. Mixer, walk in freezer, pizza ovens and shop according to what venue you want to create.

      Both will require permits and certifications depending on your local governments.
