Is there some type of template/spreadsheet
we can use for consultants we hire to give them our “statement of work” needed before they arrive that will ensure we have the right project information and they have the needed info.
to begin the job ??
We dont want any misscommunication before/during or after that they didnt know what we were looking for in them.
