Can you please provide the current status of the lawsuit against HP regarding the Pavilion Elite PCs? I purchased an HP Pavilion Elite 180t (the successor to the e9180t) earlier this year and have had very similar problems to the ones described in an article by Adrian Kingsley-Hughes.
