Hi, I have a Toshiba Laptop running Windows XP. It crashed on me yesterday and when I restarted it and when I tried to log on the following occurs.
I type in my pass word, it accepts it and starts to open but then immediately says "loging off" and returns to the start up screen. I have two other log on's on the computer that were for the kids but they cannot remember their passwords so I have been unable to try theirs.
When I close the top whilst it's "on" I reopen it and as it is resuming windows it says to press "F8" . Anyway I did this and it gives two options 1. Is to continue with "system restart" and 2. is "Delete restoration data and proceed to system boot menu" Anyway I have tried both and it just goes strait to the log on screen.
Anything I can do??
HELP!!
