Store all pop3 mail accounts on the server

Morning;
I?m the off-site consultant of a five user win2000 small biz server. They would like all pop3 mail accounts stored on the server, ex. address, sent, deleted, and any folders created in Outlook or Outlook Express. (Not on the individual boxes), this way, as I replace the machines, I wont lose the act. Info. In the up-grade process. Any ideas?Thanks
