I’m currently having an issue where I can’t view .jpg files sent from certain people. I’m using XP sp2 I forwarded the files to 2 other co-workers 1 using XP sp2 and another running VISTA business the XP user has the same issue I do… no preview avalable; the VISTA user however can view the images just fine. I’ve tried opening the files using MS fax and picture viewer as well as opening with Firefox. Like I said, I can open some .jpg s just fine. Anyone have some thoughts suggestions?
