I have recently converted a classroom of 12 pc’s to NT 4.0, SP4. Each pc needs a unique logon for printer seperator page purposes. Ten of the pc’s use the same profile, and the remaining 2 use a different profile. One of the first ten is reading in only part of the profile and none of the policy. (each user has its own policy). It doesn’t seem to be an access issue, since the errant user can access the netlogon and profile shares. I have recreated the policy, and even the user itself. Nothing is showing up in the event log that would indicate what the problem might be. This errant user is pulling down part of the profile, but not all of it. I have deleted all user profiles (except the administrator) at the local pc to force the user to pull down the mandatory profile. I can log in at the same pc with one of the other ten users, and everything is ok. I have been fighting this for 2 weeks now, and am getting nowhere. HELP!
