Strange things in the Inbox.

Exchange 5.5 Sp3 was unable to start information store. Ran eseutil and repaired the information store. Now some users’ (Outlook 2002) inboxes show unread emails when there arent any unread emails. Some have emails listed that cannot be opened nor deleting. Any suggestions on how to fix would be appreciated.
