I have a big problem with my laptop computer running Windows XP Home SP2 (ACER ASPIRE 3500).
I’m stuck in the visitor account on diagnostic mode.
The main problem is that the keyboard isn’t working so I can’t change user or do anything that needs the keyboard.
The keyboard does however work while I’m running Spybot or AVG free.
I’ve identified the problem with the keyboard is that the drivers aren’t installed but I can’t install them without being an Administrator and I can’t do that without the keyboard (Catch 22). My main account has a password which I know but can’t use at the logon screen because the keyboard doesn’t work!
