i deal with training services in southern part of India & i observed in most of the engineering colleges lag the basic requirements of full filling industry oriented training to young minds they are most worried abut schedules but not interested in giving them the real skill of changing the skill of language into applications.students are more worried abut marks but im sorry to say they are HALF ENGINEERS Y? they study only for the sake of marks 4 chapters out of 8 not even full filling there academics soo sad ,im worried abt there integration of 4yrs into real world .how many now about verticals /horizontals ,project implementation and stuff which is basic in any company or industry
