Subject matter experts: Prioritize their use on projects

By MaryWeilage Editor ·
This week's Application Developer Management e-newsletter examines the importance of prioritizing how you use subject matter experts (SMEs) on your projects.

How do you determine when to use SMEs? Will you try to assign "weight" to the possible SMEs you might need for your next project in order to assess ways to save time, money, and resources? Do you use SMEs on every project? Share your thoughts and experiences related to SMEs with your peers.
