I’m sure all have heard the lastest on the Micheal Jackson raid on his Neverland Ranch. Apparently yet another child during a sleepover was molested. I know Jacko is rather wierd and has been in trouble for possible molestations. My question is this, do the parents have a right to sue him for damages knowing full well of his past?
To me, they knew about the possibility of it happening and were counting on it. They put the child with a known alledged sex offender and prostituted their child for a payday. I think this is a horrible display of poor parenting that should result in removal of care from the parents, showing that they cannot make a good decision. This is a prime example of our society wanting money for nothing and willing to sell just about anything to acquire wealth to prove they are someone.
Whether the kid is telling the truth or lying due to parental pressure, they too need to be held accountable.
